Starting September 2025

Two adult classes will be offered:

Wednesdays 6pm-8pm, starting September 10, 2025

Saturdays 9:30am-11:30am, starting September 13, 2025

The class will consist of some dryland conditioning, swimming activities for warmup, and pool time using the springboards and platforms.

This class is suitable for adults interested in learning to dive, or previous divers who would like an open training time.

Fees are $160 per month, plus an annual fee of $50 for Diving Plongeon Canada and Nova Scotia Amateur Diving Association registration. The fees are payable in full by e-transfer upon receipt of invoice.
